I signed up to be an Ambassador - now what?

Congratulations on becoming an Open Road Girl Ambassador! The first thing you'll want to do is Login and fill out all the fields on the Settings tab to ensure we create your customized referral link and have the PayPal email you want to get paid with once you start earning commissions. Once you update your settings, you'll be all set to share your referral link and our Gallery images on your own social media sites.



How often will I get paid?

We pay commissions once per month, on the first day of each month. Payments are sent to your PayPal account.



How do I earn commissions?

You will receive a 20% commission from sales that come directly from your referral link. This link is automatically tracked so it's important that orders be placed using your link. Commissions are calculated on the total sales minus any shipping, taxes or discounts.



How do I share my referral link?

Your referral link can be shared by:

  • posting directly on social media accounts such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
  • including your link in an email to friends, family and contacts
  • sharing on your website
  • hosting a Meet & Greet
The more times you share your link, the greater your sales will be! Check out our other FAQ's for individual instructions on how to post on each of the above platforms. If you have other ways of sharing your referral link please let us know so we can pass them on to other Ambassadors!



How do I customize my referral link?

Log in to your Ambassador program. Click on Settings from the menu on the left. Next to the Personalized Link field, enter the words you want your referral link to have. All url's will start with http://openroadgirl.com/. Click on the red Upate button to save. This personalized link may be used in addition, or as an alternative to your standard referral link on the Dashboard page.
